Returns Policy & Refunds
OVERVIEW
Returns and refunds are only possible in these cases:
-ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED
-ISSUE WITH THE PART OR A DEFECT
-RECEIVED DIFFERENT PART FROM WHAT YOU ORDERED (our error)
-ORDER LOST IN THE POST (hugely delayed delivery)
-EU CONSUMER RIGHTS DIRECTIVE ALLOWS CUSTOMER TO CANCEL ORDER WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS
If in any of the above cases it was determined that the mistake was ours, we will either ship to you another part (the correct one) or we will issue you a full refund with zero hassle.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When items are returned, they need to be packed properly, as when you have received them.
CUSTOM ORDERS RETURNS
CUSTOM PARTS orders are non-returnable items unless you have received a defect claim. This means that if the part you received is damaged or flawed in any case (poorly machined, badly cut thread). If the part is manufactured as custom order and is fully compliant when compared to the blueprint confirmed by a customer, the refund request is not valid. In this case we will look into the issue and check what went wrong. It is the customer’s duty to 100 % check and confirm the design they need. All custom orders we make, go through multiple checks and confirmations before we produce the final part.
To complete your return or a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email and pay-pal transaction number).
CLAIMS & DISPUTES
If you have any issues with your order, first contact us and let us know what the issue is. We have our team always on standby for after-sale customer support, and we resolve any issues in a short time. Do not open cases or claims via PayPal before getting to us first.
RETURNS & CANCELLING WITHIN 14 DAYS WINDOW
EU Consumer Rights Directive allows consumers who have purchased your goods via an online platform have the right to cancel the contract (order) and claim a refund without giving any reason or justification and without incurring any liability (unless exceptions apply) within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
RETURNS DUE TO DEFECT OR NOT AS DESCRIBED CLAIM
Since we are EU-based, we can only accept returns from within European countries. If you are from a non-European country and want to return your part, we can only offer a partial refund or a full refund, depending on the return request and reason. Once your return is received and inspected (valid for European Union customers only), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund shortly after we inspect it. If approved, a refund will be issued via PayPal.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via the original method of payment (PayPal) within three working days. If you still have not received your refund after we confirm we received it within three working days, please contact us via our contact form.
Returns are not accepted for parts that were produced as custom orders unless there is an issue or a defect. We will need proof of which part you have received to determine the validity of the claim (photos or video of the received items).
FULL REFUND AND PARTIAL REFUND
In case you want to return your item based on the fault of our side (valid for European Union customers only), we will issue you a full refund. We will also refund the customer’s S&H cost of returning the item back to us if it is confirmed there is an issue with the part after we have inspected it.
If the fault is on our side and you want to return your item and you are from a non-European country, you will (if approved) receive a full refund of your order, including shipping and handling costs. You will also keep the part, since we can’t accept returns from non-European countries.
In case you want to return your item based on a reason where you want to return without any specific reason or claim that there is an issue with your order (valid for European Union customers only), we will issue you a partial refund. This means you will receive a refund for the item’s value only. The S & H cost paid for the original order is non-refundable. The S&H cost paid for sending parts back to us is non-refundable as well in this case.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or not as described. In this case, we will send you a new part free of any extra charge. We will need proof of which part you have received to determine the validity of the claim (photos or video of the received items). We do not exchange parts that were produced as custom orders.
