Due to upcoming tariffs by Trump’s administration, all parcels of any value that enter the USA will have to be taxed upfront. Due to that reason, our post office blocked all parcels to the USA as of 25th of June 2025. Currently we can’t ship anything to the USA via cost effective regular tracked small packet, because our post office will not accept it. We can only ship items via packet up to 2 kg, that costs 30 USD.

If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us by sending a message via our contact form and providing us with your order number. If your parts have not been shipped, which is usually within 3 working days, we will issue you a full refund as soon as possible, usually within 3 working days. If your order has already been shipped, we can’t cancel it and issue a refund. For returns, check this information.

Currently we accept only pay-pal. 

You can connect a credit card or your bank account with a PayPal account. Just create a new PayPal account, connect it to your credit card or bank account, and make payments via PayPal in our shop.

We also offer custom orders (thread adapters), produced on our CNC machines. We can cut many types of imperial threads and metric threads. For more complicated parts, we would need a detailed blueprint. For simpler parts, we are happy to design a blueprint for you for no extra charge, but you need to provide details about exactly what you need. If you need custom made part contact us directly about your inquiry.

If you need a custom thread protector, we got you. We can produce for you a custom thread protector with custom thread and custom dimensions. You can choose major diameter, length, material (stainless steel, aluminum and brass), and surface type (knurled, smooth, flats, etc.). Do note that we can only make thread protectors if we have the cutting tool for the thread you need.

This mainly depends on how complicated the part you need is. It may also take several days of correspondence before we confirm all the details with the customer, so that we are 100 % on the same page about the final design. A total time can be about 2-4 weeks from start to a finalized product.

We mainly use stainless steel, aluminum, and brass for our parts. But it depends on the project—what would be best for certain parts. When we see what you need, the best material will be picked.
